Outreach
Program
The Outreach Program offers support to women who are breaking
free from the cycle of violence and abuse in an empathic, non-judgmental
environment. Outreach services are extended to those who
are in an abusive relationship or to those who have left the shelter and
still need the support in transitioning safely back into the community.
Services offered through the outreach program include one-on-one counseling,
emotional support, safety planning, advocacy, community referrals,
information and education.
Individuals accessing this program, with the assistance of the Outreach
Worker, will identify goals and develop a plan to work towards
living a life free from violence and abuse.
